In 2007, Rehart GmbH (Germany) was introduced to the Egyptian market for the use of Nano- Seal products which are Ceramic Composite materials.

Nano-Seal

• products are wear protection masses consisting of two-component matrix phase and reinforcement phase with ceramic & various fillers. The coating materials are developed to meet the needs required and are manufactured in Germany.

• products take advantage of the features of various materials. Perfectly suited to the demands, the coating systems offer an extreme resilience and adherence capacity

• can be utilized in many sectors and is superior to traditional coating systems. Apart from top wear protection characteristics, it also adapts to the thermal expansion of various materials, offering highest corrosion protection, shrink-proof and stress-free hardening, as well as excellent mechanical characteristics (resistant to pressure,tension and shock). Depending on the field of operation there are more individual material characteristics, such as skid-resistance, high temperature stability, thermal and electrical conductivity or insulation, extreme elasticity, high-level chemical resistance and anti-adhesive and sliding properties. The material can be applied in many ways depending on how it is used: it can be applied with a spatula, brush or roller or sprayed (airless).

  • Extreme wear protection.
  • High sag resistance (some Nano-Seal products can reach 10 mm with no sagging)
  • Extreme adhesion even under vibration and stretching of the support.
  • Fast curing and machinable
• Fields of Application:

  Pumps (housing and impellers), Heat Exchangers, Separators, Cyclones, Funnels, Vacuum Chambers, Shafts, Flanges, Chutes, Chimney Flue, Fan Propeller, and the like.
